I am a Leadership Change Catalyst. I work with leaders and their teams to help align their organizational culture with their vision of success, core values and core strategies.

My work is rooted in the belief that the leaders must lead organizational change, and that most answers lie within their organizations. I bring an approach and process that enables leaders to engage their organizations in making change happen. This approach engenders understanding, commitment and ownership, resulting in deep and sustaining cultural change. 

I learned and applied these practices and processes while serving as Senior Vice President For People at Herman Miller, Inc. under the leadership of Max De Pree., CEO and Chairman. I have continued to learn from the leaders and organizations I have worked with since the launch of my business in 1995.
